The talk featured: Michael Bell, Professor of International Diplomacy at the University of Windsor (Ont.) and former Canadian ambassador to Israel, Egypt and Jordan; John de Chastelain, former chief of Canada’s Defence Staff, Ambassador to the United States and one of the three International Chairmen for the Northern Ireland Peace Process and Chairman of the Arms Decommissioning Commission; Marshall J. Breger, professor of law at the Columbus School of Law; Arthur Hughes, Adjunct Scholar at MEI and former Director General of the Egypt-Israel peacekeeping mission.
